At Pole Ninjas Studio, we offer a range of classes to cater to different skill levels and preferences. Our class descriptions include Beginners, Spinny Pole, Intermediate, Heels, Advanced, and Private Lessons.
The Beginners class is perfect for those with no prior pole experience. The hour-long class starts with a thorough warm-up and conditioning routine to strengthen your muscles. We then progress week by week, building on spins and combinations, eventually creating graceful routines.
Spinny Pole classes are for those who want to try the exhilarating experience of spinning on a pole. We will take you through the fundamentals of spinny pole and teach you sequences to build confidence while rotating in midair.
In the Intermediate class, we take the conditioning learned in Beginners to the next level by exploring more tricks and improving stamina through combinations. This class is an hour long and includes warm-up, conditioning exercises, spin combos, upside-down tricks, and a cool-down.
For those who want to add some flair to their pole dance, our Heels class is designed to make you feel empowered and connected to your body. We will teach you heels fundamentals and explore sequences that allow you to discover what feels good for you.
Once you're feeling confident and ready to take on new challenges, our Advanced class will focus on strong power combos with clean executions. We will build upon foundation tricks and incorporate smooth and complicated transitions to give you a challenging workout.
If you prefer a more personalised approach, we offer private lessons tailored to your specific needs. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced poler, our instructors will work with you to help you achieve your pole dance goals.
Our class schedule includes Mixed Ability classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:05pm and 7:00pm, Beginners classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00pm and 8:05pm, Heels class on Sundays at 12pm, and Spinny Pole classes bi-weekly on Sundays at 1:15pm. The full schedule is available on our website.
Pole Ninjas Studio was officially established in the summer of 2019 with a mission to create a welcoming and inclusive pole dance community. We believe that pole dancing is for everyone, and we strive to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and motivated to reach their pole dance goals.
