Our leisure centre is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day, allowing you plenty of time to fit in a workout or participate in one of our group exercise sessions. The gym, located within the leisure centre, also operates during these hours, giving you convenient access to a fully equipped fitness space.

We offer a free 1-day pass, allowing you to try before you buy.

Our facilities include a swimming pool, which is 20m long and has 4 lanes. We offer swimming lessons for ages 3 and above, as well as fun swims and disability swims. For those who prefer land-based workouts, our gym is fully equipped with cardio, resistance, and functional equipment. We also offer a variety of group fitness classes, including spin, aquafit, and circuit training.

In addition to our fitness facilities, we also provide sporting facilities for activities such as badminton, cricket, and squash. If you're recovering from a long-term health condition, we have specialist rehabilitation exercise classes to help you on your journey to better health. For our younger members, we offer a range of sports and recreational activities to keep them active and healthy.

If you're looking to host an event or meeting, our leisure centre offers venue hire to suit your needs. We have flexible spaces that can accommodate various types of events.

At Poynton Leisure Centre, we are committed to supporting our community. We continue to fund inclusive disability sessions and health programmes through our charity, Everybody Foundation. Additionally, we provide small grants for young people to help them continue participating in sports they love.
