With training hours from Monday to Friday, both in the morning and evening, as well as on Saturdays, clients have ample opportunities to fit in their workouts. Small Group Personal Training, priced at 145 per month, includes two coached sessions a week, personalised strength and conditioning programmes, flexible booking system, and regular performance testing. Gym Performance, priced at 195 per month, offers three coached sessions a week, while Hybrid Membership, priced at 165 per month, includes two coached sessions and one remote session per week.
