#PRShed Strength and Conditioning is a functional fitness gym located in Blenheim, New Zealand. When it comes to plans and pricing, #PRShed offers different options to suit different lifestyles. The Unlimited plan allows members to book into as many classes as they like each week for $55 per week. The 3 Classes per week plan allows members to book into any three sessions per week for $35 per week, while the 2 Classes per week plan allows booking into any two sessions weekly for $27 per week. For those who prefer casual attendance, the gym offers a Concession Card for $170, which provides 10 sessions that never expire.
The coaching team at #PRShed is made up of passionate individuals who are dedicated to helping members achieve their goals. Coach Alistair Grey is working towards completing his Level 4 Exercise Professional Certificate and has already achieved his Level 3 Sport Coaching and Athlete Development certificate. Coach Hannah Cross is a highly motivated functional fitness athlete with a background in health and fitness, while Coach Maria Gear is passionate about helping people uncover their true potential and feel comfortable in their own skin. Coach Mike Beaumont is determined to help lifters learn the correct mechanics and has experience in both Powerlifting and Kickboxing.
Coach Brayden Green brings extensive health and fitness knowledge, with qualifications including Exercise Consultant Level 3, CrossFit Level 1 and 2, International Strength Systems Level 2, and Performance Nutrition Coach Level 2. Lastly, Coach Teana Scoon coaches the Boxfit class and is a valuable addition to the team.
