PsychPhys is a renowned mental health clinic and physical fitness programme located in Reservoir, Australia. With a dedicated team of child psychologists, mental health professionals, and exercise physiologists, PsychPhys offers a comprehensive range of services to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, Learning/Developmental delays, and Mental Health issues.

At PsychPhys, our mission is to empower our clients to become more confident, stronger, and independent individuals who can make better decisions and live their best lives. We believe in a holistic approach to mental health and fitness, combining psychology and exercise physiology to address both the mind and body.

Our programmes are tailored to each individual's goals and needs, ensuring that they receive the personalised support they require. We offer a variety of services, including 1:1 psychology and exercise physiology sessions, behavioural support programmes, dietetics programmes, and psychological assessments. These programmes aim to promote positive change, improve social confidence, enhance communication skills, and foster physical strength and independence.

What sets PsychPhys apart from other clinics is our commitment to creating a safe, non-threatening, and fun environment for our clients. We believe that healing and personal growth can be achieved through enjoyable experiences, which is why our programmes are designed to be educational and engaging.

As an NDIS Registered Provider, our programmes can be fully funded through the NDIS. We also accept Medicare-funded programmes, TAC and VOCAT funding options, and are a preferred provider of the State Government of Victoria. Additionally, we offer self-funded programmes for individuals who wish to invest in their own well-being.
