With over 10 years of industry experience, the head coach was awarded the Welsh Triathlon Coach of the Year in 2020. Having personally achieved athletic highlights such as the Guinness World Record for “Most Half Marathon's in a Month – Male” (36 half-marathons in May 2020), completing all Ironman races in the UK and Ireland in 2023 while wearing a 10 kg weighted vest and carrying a flag for the mental health charity Rock 2 Recovery UK, being a 6-time Ironman Finisher, an ultramarathon runner, and a marathon open water swimmer, the head coach serves as an inspiration to clients and demonstrates the effectiveness of the Recovery Lab UK methodology.
