With personal experiences dealing with injuries, illnesses, mental health struggles, and more, Cindy offers empathetic and understanding support to those looking to overcome their barriers and achieve overall wellness and quality of life.
Despite her impressive sporting background, Cindy approaches training with her clients in a way that maximises results without breaking them. With 28 years of athletic experience in karate, boxing, Ironman, and Kettlebell Sport, she has not only represented Australia in multiple sports but has also won numerous World Championships and set World Records. Cindy's expertise and achievements make her an invaluable asset to the Rella's Hub team.
In addition to the exceptional coaching and personalised approach, Rella's Hub takes compliance and safety seriously. Coach Cindy holds current certifications in First Aid, CPR, PL/PI Insurance, and Working with Children. The studio is also a registered NDIS provider since 2019, ensuring the highest standards of care and inclusivity.
