One of Rachel's favourite events is the Bournemouth 7s. The over 18s squad regularly rocks the stage at this massive multi-sport festival, livening up the halftime shows for rugby fans. There’s nothing like performing in front of over 30,000 people!

Another highlight on Rachel’s calendar is Cheer Fest, exclusive to RCA families and friends. Picture this: performances, evening entertainment, camping, and even family bingo. Kids bounce on colourful castles while the Dads' football team gets a cheer. Plus, the food trucks make sure no one goes hungry.

Rachel also loves getting the academy involved in local events like the Littledown Fun Day and Ringwood Carnival. They’re pros at spreading cheer and showing off their routines. Last year, they even snagged the Catweazle Trophy for best youth walking entry at the Ringwood Carnival!

When November rolls around, it's all about RCA Medals Weekend. Students perform medal-style routines in small groups, with an external examiner dishing out feedback and awarding medals and certificates. It’s a big confidence booster and a fantastic way to celebrate everyone’s hard work.
