Rosetown Swimming Pool

The Rosetown Swimming Pool, officially known as the Rosetown Leisure Aquatic Centre (RLAC), is a beloved community facility owned and operated by the Town of Rosetown. Located in the heart of Rosetown, this public swimming pool is open from the beginning of June to the end of August, providing a refreshing escape from the summer heat for locals and visitors alike.

One of the standout features of the RLAC is its outdoor zero-depth entry pool, making it accessible and safe for swimmers of all ages and abilities. In addition to the main pool, there is also a hot tub for relaxation and swimming lessons offered during the summer months for children looking to improve their skills in the water.

For added excitement, the RLAC offers a pool inflatable on Thursday evenings for extra fun in the water. Parents with babies and toddlers can also enjoy a spray toy in the shallow end of the pool, creating a playful and enjoyable experience for the little ones.

To make the most of your visit to the Rosetown Swimming Pool, punch cards are available for purchase at the Town Office, ensuring you always have convenient access to the pool facilities. Additionally, a pool brochure is available for information on public swimming times, lane swim, aquasizes, and any potential cancelations due to weather or maintenance issues.

If you're interested in enrolling in swimming lessons, mark your calendar for the Lesson Registration Night on May 17th, 2023, from 6-8PM at the AGT Centre. Cash or cheques are accepted for registration, and all lessons must be paid for in advance to secure your spot in the classes. Remember that unpaid lessons on the first day will prevent participation, so be sure to visit the Town Office for payment prior to the start of lessons.
