Situated in Salford, Manchester, the centre is a fantastic space for anyone wanting to relax, get fit, and boost their energy levels. With nearly 20 years of experience in the Taoist arts, Wan-Ley has crafted a programme of classes that includes Tai Chi, Taoist Yoga, Meditation, Qigong, and Kung Fu Self Defence.

Having discovered the benefits of blending physical exercise with ancient wisdom as a teenager, Wan-Ley has found this knowledge invaluable through adulthood. Classes here are fun and suitable for all ages, enabling everyone to experience the benefits firsthand.
