Sally's journey into Yoga began while she was living in California. Since then, she has pursued extensive training, including a 4-year teacher training programme with the British Wheel of Yoga. She further honed her skills by training alongside Julie Friederberger, learning how to teach Yoga to individuals dealing with Cancer. Sally also completed the Calm 4 Kids programme, enabling her to teach children's Yoga, and received additional training with YogaBirth, qualifying her to teach Pregnancy Yoga.

Furthermore, Sally is certified to teach meditation to teenagers through the . B Mindfulness in Schools programme. She has also trained with The School of Natural Therapies and holds an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Massage. To deepen her understanding of Yoga Therapy, Sally is currently undergoing training with Yoga Campus to become a registered Yoga Therapist.
