As an ex-professional dancer, she has been practising Pilates for over 20 years. Alicia's passion for movement and its impact on well-being led her to become a strong advocate and devoted practitioner of the Pilates Method. She is dedicated to delivering innovative and educational classes that empower clients to become their most confident selves.
At Salt Pilates Studio, clients can expect a variety of classes to suit their fitness levels and goals. The Align class is open to all levels and focuses on fundamental movements on the reformer. Jump classes are intermediate level and add a cardio element to the workout by utilising Reformer Jump Boards. This fun and challenging class build cardio strength and endurance. Fusion is a class that combines exercises from both Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates, offering a high-energy and interesting workout that challenges coordination, control, and strength. The Stretch class is designed for all levels and focuses on stretching and flexibility using both the reformer and mat.
