With nearly 20 years of training experience and participation in various events, Sam has expertise in a wide range of training methods, including heavy weights, bodyweight exercises, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, kettlebells, yoga, and more.

Sam holds a Ba (Hons) in Applied Sports Science & Coaching and is a level 3 Personal Trainer. Additionally, Sam is a Precision Nutrition Coach and has further certifications in TRX, Kettlebells, ViPR, and Powerplate.
