On our own unique journey, I encourage students to listen to their bodies and honour their individual needs.
I have a passion for helping people discover the transformative power of yoga, especially as they age. I firmly believe that yoga is not just for the young and flexible, but for everyone. Furthermore, I have witnessed firsthand the incredible benefits that yoga can bring to people's lives, both physically and mentally. It can improve fitness, strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.
It is my mission to guide and support students on their yoga journey, helping them live their best lives and age gracefully.
I offer a variety of classes to cater to different needs and abilities. My mixed level yoga class is suitable for those who want to improve their fitness, strength, and flexibility. We work at a pace that suits each individual, ensuring a safe and effective practise. This class also incorporates relaxation and stress-reducing techniques, allowing students to find a sense of calm amidst the busyness of life.
For those who prefer a gentler pace, I offer a gentle yoga class. This mat-based practise focuses on balance, suppleness, and strength, with plenty of options to accommodate different bodies and capabilities. It is a nurturing and supportive class that helps students reconnect with their bodies and find inner peace.
I also offer chair yoga, which is suitable for those with limited mobility or who prefer to practise seated. This class is designed to promote mobility, strength, and independence. It is a fun and friendly community where students can stretch, move, and connect with others.
I understand that starting yoga can be intimidating, especially for beginners. That is why I offer a beginner's course, as well as an improvers course for those who want to refresh their knowledge and deepen their practise. These courses cover all the basics of yoga, providing a solid foundation for a lifelong practise.
Regardless of the class you choose, my aim is to help you feel good and improve your overall quality of life. Through a combination of physical movements, breathwork, and mindfulness, I guide students towards a healthier, happier, and more fulfilled version of themselves.
I teach classes in Hampton Hill, Long Ditton, and online. I also offer private, one-to-one bespoke classes for those who prefer personalised attention and guidance.
