She was born in England but spent a significant part of her life in Africa and the Middle East, which has given her a unique perspective and appreciation for people from different backgrounds. She qualified as a Sports Therapist in the UK and set up a successful therapy practise in Botswana, where she discovered Pilates and its effectiveness in rehabilitating clients. Furthermore, she then spent 13 years in Dubai, teaching and managing renowned studios, further honing her Pilates skills and knowledge.
Sarah holds various certifications, including IIST Sports Therapy, IIHHT Holistic Therapy, YMCA Resistance Training Level 3, STOTT PILATES Matwork Level 3, STOTT PILATES Pre & Postnatal, and BALANCED BODY Reformer, Trapeze/ Tower (Cadillac) & Barrels. With her extensive experience and qualifications, she can accommodate clients with a wide range of abilities and needs, whether for general fitness or more rehabilitative and clinical exercise.
