The aim is to support women in rest and nourishing their souls, helping them find a deeper connexion with themselves and nature.
Sarah's journey towards creating The Shanti began with her own experience of feeling overworked and disconnected while working as a corporate lawyer in Ireland. Through yoga, meditation, and spiritual exploration across Asia, Sarah discovered her true calling. Her mission now is to help other women create a fulfilling life that is deeply connected to their true selves and nature.
The studio's signature retreat, Wild & Free Retreat, is a transformative experience that includes meditation, breathwork, lake swimming, and poolside relaxation.
