Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century as a holistic physical fitness system. The classical repertoire of Pilates comprises approximately 500 exercises, with 34 of them performed on floor mats. The remaining exercises are conducted using various apparatus, such as the “Reformer,” the “Cadillac,” the “Tower,” and the “Chair.
Suzanne Hill has undergone extensive training, completing 950 hours over a span of two years. Her training was accredited by the renowned Pepilates studio in London, which is the sole studio in Europe licenced to train Pilates instructors by 'the Pilates Centre Programme' in Colorado. This programme was founded and developed by direct protgs of Joseph Pilates himself.
With over 20 years of personal experience practising classical Pilates, Suzanne firmly believes that everyone can benefit from the original method developed by Joseph Pilates.
