We teach Tai Chi and Qigong to help you relax your body and mind, release tension, and build strength, flexibility, and conscious awareness.
We run daytime weekly classes in St Albans from 28 Apr to 7 Jul, plus an evening weekly class on Thursdays from 30 Apr to 9 Jul. We also host a next drop-in Mindful Tai Chi class for all on Fri, 8 May, 7pm to 8pm in St Albans.
