Join You 1st Yoga | Rebecca Whitrow for the 4th event in their series of 7 at Flow Health Center. This 45-minute Slow Flow yoga class is all about self-care and inner peace. It's a gentle practice that focuses on movement with breath, meditation, and connecting with your body. Perfect for all levels - whether you want to get stronger, more flexible, or just find some balance.
Yoga mats and props are all provided for your comfort. The classes will be held every Wednesday from 11:45am to 12:30pm throughout April and May (except for May 1). The cost for the entire series is $130, and you can pay at the first class.
If you can't make it in person, there's always the option to join a Zoom class on Tuesdays or Saturdays, or access on-demand classes through the Self Care Club. You can even book a private session or group experience if that's more your style.
