Our classes are designed to be enjoyable and engaging, combining traditional martial arts techniques with modern teaching methods. Our instructors are passionate about martial arts and are dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential.
At Senshi Ryu Martial Arts, we believe in the importance of building character and instilling values such as discipline, respect, and focus. We understand that martial arts is not just about physical fitness, but also about mental well-being. Through our training, students not only improve their physical strength and flexibility but also develop self-confidence and self-esteem.
We offer a variety of programmes to suit different needs and goals. Our classes include traditional Karate, self-defence, and fitness. We also offer specialised programmes for children and families, allowing them to train together and bond over their shared experiences. In addition to our martial arts programmes, we now also offer Yoga classes, as we believe it complements martial arts training and promotes overall well-being.
Our club is located in Stanmore, serving members in the Edgware, Burnt Oak, Colindale, Hendon, Borehamwood, Kingsbury, and Queensbury areas, as well as those who travel from further afield. We welcome members of all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you are looking to learn self-defence, improve your fitness, or simply have fun and make friends, we are here to support you on your journey.
To ensure the safety and well-being of our members, we hold comprehensive public liability, instructor, and member insurance. We are proud to have been awarded the safeguarding Code in Martial Arts 'Mark', demonstrating our commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment. Our instructors undergo regular training to maintain their skills and knowledge, and they are all DBS cleared to work with children.
