Set U Free Fitness was born out of my personal battle to find peace with food and my body. I wanted to create a safe and inclusive space where women could escape the diet culture and learn to appreciate and respect their bodies. Our gym, located in Pudsey, offers a fresh new approach to getting healthy and feeling confident.

At Set U Free Fitness, we understand that traditional diets and exercise routines often leave women feeling deprived, overwhelmed, and defeated. That's why we leave behind the scales, shame, and self-hatred. Instead, we focus on teaching you how to fuel and move your body in ways that feel nourishing, not punishing.
