Set U Free Fitness was born out of my personal battle to find peace with food and my body. I wanted to create a safe and inclusive space where women could escape the diet culture and learn to appreciate and respect their bodies. Our gym, located in Pudsey, offers a fresh new approach to getting healthy and feeling confident.
