Sarah resides in Oxfordshire with her husband and three children. She began her indoor rowing journey in November 2014 to get back in shape after having her children. Through dedicated training and hard work, she has transformed her body and fitness levels, winning four gold medals at the British Indoor Rowing Championships in 2017 and 2018. Additionally, she has achieved success in online rowing competitions, placing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

The studio is well-equipped with cardio equipment such as the Concept2 Indoor Rower, Concept2 Skierg, and Assault bike. Barbells, freeweights, and TRX are also available for strength training.
