Yoga for Birth Simple & Effective Monday 75 minutes Yoga for Birth is a specialised class that prepares expectant mothers for the birthing process. Through gentle yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises, you'll learn how to connect with your body, manage pain, and cultivate a sense of calm and confidence during labour and delivery. With over 17 years of experience and a 500-hour Diploma qualification from the British Wheel of Yoga, Heidi is highly skilled and knowledgeable, continuously learning and evolving in her own practise and teachings.
