We offer Beginner and Continuing Tai Chi classes focused on the Moy style 108-move set, and related arts for mental and physical well-being.
Classes are held at St. Peter's Anglican Church (11035 127 St NW) and at Westmount Fitness Club (12840 109 Ave NW) in Edmonton.
If you are interested but unsure about enrolling, you are welcome to come to any class as an observer.
