At Shen Tai Chi Academy in Hartlepool, our mission is to make the practise of tai chi accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Founded over 10 years ago by Marie Louisa Paulinus, Shen Tai Chi Academy is a co-operative group of qualified tai chi instructors who are passionate about sharing the immense benefits of tai chi with as many people in the area as possible.
Our instructors are highly trained and experienced, each with their own specialities and interests within the realm of tai chi, from healing techniques to weapon forms. This allows us to cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students. If a particular tai chi form or class does not resonate with you, our instructors can refer you to another class that may be a better fit. We want our students to find joy and fulfilment in their tai chi practise.
We offer a range of classes throughout the week at various venues in Hartlepool and the surrounding areas. From beginner classes for those who are new to tai chi, to advanced classes for experienced practitioners looking to deepen their practise, there is something for everyone. Our classes are taught by dedicated and knowledgeable instructors who provide guidance and support to help students achieve their goals.
