Our vision is to create a space that fosters health, happiness, and soul-searching for all who walk through our doors. Through the practises of yoga, dance, movement, meditation, and alternative therapies, we aim to provide a sanctuary that can be shared and enjoyed by the local community and beyond.
The concept of Soma has long been brewing in our minds, and after numerous meetings, creative visioning, and the occasional shopping trip, we are proud to have brought our little studio to life. Our main intention was to build a studio that would have a positive impact on the lives of our neighbours. We wanted to create a space where warmth embraces you as you step inside, a space where you can relax and unwind over a post-yoga coffee, and a space where children can explore their world through learning and movement.
At Soma, we understand the importance of physical and emotional restoration. We wanted to provide a space away from home where people could seek the much-needed rejuvenation they deserve. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or just starting your wellness journey, our experienced and compassionate instructors are here to guide you on your path. Each class is thoughtfully designed to help you find balance, strength, and peace of mind.
In addition to our yoga classes, we offer a range of community-driven activities and events. From dance workshops to mindfulness workshops, there is always something happening at Soma. We believe in the power of connexion and aspire to create a tightly-knit community that supports and uplifts one another.
