Founded in 1996, the Southampton School of Tai Chi, located at 2 Landguard Road, Southampton, offers a range of evening and day classes, as well as workshops, to suit all skill levels and interests.

Whether you're keen to practise Tai Chi for health or as a martial art, Southampton School of Tai Chi provides unmatched, high-standard training. Led by experienced and knowledgeable instructors, the school offers personalised attention to people of all ages and abilities.

A highlight is the 12-week beginner's course running every Thursday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, starting on September 14th, 2023. The course lays a solid foundation in Tai Chi principles and techniques and has received fantastic feedback from participants.
