Welcome to Spinz Modern Jive, a leading dance school located in Leeds, New Zealand. Known for our freestyle modern jive nights, we attract dancers from all over the country and provide a vibrant and inclusive dance community for people of all skill levels.

Spinz specialises in hosting freestyle modern jive nights that take place on the first Saturday of each month. These events are open to everyone, ranging from beginners to advanced dancers, giving everyone a chance to enjoy a night of dancing and socialising. The cost per person for our freestyles is 10 (see our diary below for upcoming dates).

Spinz is managed by the talented duo Matt and Sue Judge, who also have a strong association with various other dance venues and events. For those interested in staying up-to-date with our upcoming events, we offer an email subscription service that sends regular reminders.

Our Saturday Freestyles are held at the Pudsey Civic Hall, located at Dawsons Corner, Pudsey, Leeds LS28 5TA. If you're coming from Leeds, simply approach Pudsey on the A647. You'll pass the Owlcotes Centre (featuring a Big Asda and M&S) before reaching a traffic light-controlled roundabout. Take the right turn (3rd exit) and almost immediately fork left – you'll see Pudsey Civic Hall.

For those coming from Bradford, head towards Leeds on the A647. Once you reach the Leeds outer ring road, head straight across the roundabout and then fork left to Pudsey Civic Hall.
