Lee Maggs would like to extend a personal note to our sports community at the Muay Thai & Mags Performance Centre in Pudsey, West Leeds. Founded by Lee, a two-time British champion with over 25 years of professional Muay Thai experience, our gym has become a cornerstone for Muay Thai training and development in Leeds. He has had the honour of training and fighting alongside renowned Thai Lumpini champions such as Signam, Wan Chan Noi, Chanrit, Lint, and Master Sken.

West Leeds Muay Thai Academy welcomes individuals of all ages, genders, and skill levels. Whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned professional, our friendly classes and customised training programmes will help you reach your goals. Although Lee has retired from competitive fighting, he now dedicates himself to coaching and sharing his extensive expertise.

Our training here marries both traditional and modern techniques. Lee has developed a unique approach to maximise the potential of his fighters, resulting in consistent championship-winning performances across different categories, including 7 MMA champions.

The gym offers a varied timetable of classes throughout the week, accommodating different age groups and skill levels. We have junior and adult classes on weekdays, ladies-only classes on specific days, and open mat sessions for students to practise their skills.

In addition to group classes, we provide private lessons tailored to individual needs and goals. These sessions are a great opportunity to learn new techniques, refine existing skills, and focus on specific areas of improvement. Private lessons at our gym can also include fitness-based sessions for weight loss, improvement, or injury rehabilitation. We pride ourselves on personalising lessons to suit everyone, regardless of age or specific requirements.
