At Sponte Sua Gymnastics Academy, we offer a range of classes for all levels and ages. Our personalised training plans help each child and adult achieve their goals and improve their abilities. We offer classes in Rhythmic, General, and Artistic Gymnastics, catering to beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels.
For beginners and intermediate gymnasts, we have 1-hour sessions where they can learn new skills and have fun. Advanced levels have 1. 5-hour sessions for those who are committed to more advanced training. Our experienced coaches provide guidance, support, and encouragement to help gymnasts reach their full potential.
In addition to our regular classes, we also offer home training through our SponteSuaGymWORKOUT page. Here, gymnasts of all levels can access dedicated training plans and skills to practise safely at home. Our training and games are designed to be enjoyable while improving strength, flexibility, and memory.
We are proud to have venues in both Guildford and Winchester. In Guildford, our classes are held at Kings College on Southway. In Winchester, we use Winnall Primary School on Garbett Road. These venues provide a safe and welcoming environment for gymnasts to train and learn.
