Spring Workshop

Join Yoga with Fiona, a popular Yoga club in Sheffield, for an exciting 2-hour practice focused on the wood element. Inspired by the teachings of traditional Chinese medicine and mindful movement practices, this event aims to help participants find direction and clarity in their own life journey.

During this practice, you can expect a mindful and restorative experience. Through breath-guided movement practices, we will explore the qualities of the wood element, such as strength, suppleness, and growth. These qualities will guide us towards finding a deeper understanding of ourselves and our potential.

In addition to movement, we will also be incorporating stillness through Yin yoga poses. This will allow us to cultivate a sense of inner peace and tranquility. To further enhance the practice, we will engage in journaling exercises, enabling us to bring clarity to our minds and reflect on our intentions.
