St George Community Wushu Centre 聖佐冶社區武術中心
The aim of the St George Community Wushu Centre is to promote Chinese Martial Arts in the St George region.
Class times are:
1.30pm to 3.30pm
The instructor teaches:
- Traditional northern & southern, internal & external styles
- Modern & international competition routines
- Wushu weapons / apparatus
- Choreographed sparring routines
- Sanda / Chinese kickboxing
Benefits:
- Improve health & fitness
- Learn self defence techniques
- Gain confidence in studying and developing new skills
Students also have the opportunity to enter wushu competitions and meet other like-minded athletes from other states and countries.
As an accredited instructor they have:
- Government Sports Accreditation
- First Aid Certification
- Working with Children Check Clearance
- NSW Active Kids Provider
