Additionally, she personally understands the challenges that come with chronic illness, as she was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2019. She has successfully rebuilt her strength, regained flexibility, and overcome the obstacles associated with her condition. With over 26 years of experience in the fitness industry, Kat has honed her skills and expertise to deliver exceptional training and support to her clients. Starting out as a Group Fitness instructor in 1993, she gained her National Certification and a Diploma in Exercise Science in 2003 and 2004, which propelled her into the world of Personal Training. It has proven to be an incredibly fulfilling career choice for her, as she takes great joy in helping her clients overcome their personal obstacles and achieve their potential.
Stellar Fitness Solutions operates from a home-based gym, where clients can enjoy complete privacy and focus on their individual goals. This personalised approach allows Kat to design training programmes and schedules that are tailored to each client's unique needs and lifestyle.
