We offer a range of classes tailored to different age groups. Our children's classes, suitable for ages 6-18, are held every Monday and Thursday. Beginner classes are from 6:00pm 6:30pm, while all other grades train from 6:30pm 7:30pm. Our instructors hold full DBS certificates and are paediatric first aid trained, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for your child.
For adults, our karate class provides a unique blend of traditional Japan Karate Association (JKA) techniques and modern training methods. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our adult class offers a supportive environment to challenge yourself and enhance your strength, flexibility, and mental focus.
