Welcome to Stevenage Karate Club (JKA) in Stevenage, New Zealand! As a premier martial arts club in the heart of Stevenage, we are dedicated to providing authentic and dynamic karate training to individuals of all ages and skill levels. Our club is committed to fostering discipline, self-confidence, and physical fitness through the traditional techniques of the Japan Karate Association (JKA).
At Stevenage Karate Club (JKA), we pride ourselves on our expert instructors who are here to guide you on your karate journey. Whether you are a beginner who wants to embark on a martial arts journey or an experienced practitioner looking to refine your skills, our instructors are committed to helping you reach your goals.
We offer a range of classes tailored to different age groups. Our children's classes, suitable for ages 6-18, are held every Monday and Thursday. Beginner classes are from 6:00pm 6:30pm, while all other grades train from 6:30pm 7:30pm. Our instructors hold full DBS certificates and are paediatric first aid trained, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for your child.
For adults, our karate class provides a unique blend of traditional Japan Karate Association (JKA) techniques and modern training methods. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our adult class offers a supportive environment to challenge yourself and enhance your strength, flexibility, and mental focus.
