With over 25 years of teaching experience, Laraine has studied under the guidance of Master Rosa Chen (Chen Xiu Yao), becoming proficient in Chen style, Yang Style, and Zheng Man Qing Yang 37. Laraine is dedicated to helping people understand how their bodies react to stress and providing them with tools to release it. She has a special interest in assisting individuals with musculoskeletal challenges, empowering them to take control of their health.
Laraine holds an Advanced Diploma in Exercise and Health Recommendations for Referred Clients and offers a GP Referral class in Swannington, Coalville. Additionally, she possesses a City and Guilds 7407 Level 4 Certificate in Further Education Teaching and is certified in Emergency First Aid at Work.
String Of Pearls Tai Chi offers a variety of classes at different venues throughout Leicester. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, there is a class suited to your needs. All classes include a warm-up, postural and breath work, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi Form work. Payments are made monthly, and holiday arrangements can be discussed.
All venues have dedicated, private car parks except for Holbrook Hall, which offers on-street parking. It's important to note that the Friday class at A Place To Grow is held outdoors all year round.
