Located in Edmonton, Alberta, Sun Yoga offers exclusive traditional Hatha style yoga classes done at room temperature. Each class is designed to help students find inner and outer peace by focusing on slow-paced asanas, Pranayama (breathwork), chakras, Mantras, and Mudras. Through a sequence of postures and breathing techniques, students can release tension in both body and mind, and experience personal and spiritual growth.

Manisha Mehta, a dedicated teacher with a background in Pharmacy and MBA, received her formal yoga training from the Sivananda Vedanta Centre in Grass Valley, California. Her passion for yoga and spirituality led her to establish Sun Yoga in 2013, where she upholds the authentic teachings of yoga.
