Using equipment such as the Reformer, Pilates rings, balls, rollers, and bands, our 50-minute classes provide a full-body workout that focuses on building core strength, flexibility, and balance. We offer small class sizes, ensuring attention to detail, and some class times may be claimed on your private health insurance.
For those in need of specific exercises tailored to their needs, we offer Clinical Exercise sessions. Prior to starting, a thorough postural assessment is conducted to create a personalised exercise plan. Each class member will be working on something different, using equipment such as the reformer, wunda chair, trap table, and various mat equipment with props.
We also provide telehealth services, which allow you to receive physiotherapy or exercise physiology sessions from the comfort of your own home. Using information and communications technologies, we provide remote care and transmit health information over both long and short distances.
