Russ Godfrey is our lead fitness trainer at Swesh Personal Training. He is a registered Master Personal Trainer with REP's (R0071964) and holds a BSc Hons Degree in Sports Studies from the University of Worcester. Russ aims to help individuals manage their weight, increase fitness levels, and improve overall health both physically and mentally. He combines cardio, weight training, boxercise, and endurance training to design sessions that cater to each individual's needs.
Russ is passionate about creating energetic and fun training sessions that get as many people active as possible.
