Swindon Kung Fu aims to create a supportive environment for students to develop their skills. San Shou classes cover key areas such as punching, kicking, clinching, and throwing. These classes also include cardiovascular training to enhance fitness, making them suitable for those interested in improving health and losing weight. For fans of modern sport fighting, San Shou training includes traditional forms, hand-to-hand combat, various kicks and punches, throws, joint locks, reality-based self-defence, traditional Chinese weaponry, and sparring.
