When you come to Swishhh for your first spin session, we ask that you arrive 20 minutes early to get settled in. Our front of house team will help you set up your bike and make sure you are comfortable. We provide water during your session and a post-training snack to refuel. While we don't have showers, we do have a prep room and toilets for your convenience.
To prepare for your Swishhh spin ride, wear comfortable workout clothing and avoid loose trousers. Make sure to drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session, and eat a light snack a couple of hours before to stay energised. And if you need any help setting up your bike perfectly, we offer a free comfort seat as part of your booking.
