Whether you're just starting out or looking to enhance your Tai Chi skills, these classes provide a peaceful and invigorating way to engage in this ancient martial art.
Led by the skilled instructor Doug Mathias, participants will be guided through the graceful movements of Tai Chi, improving their balance, flexibility, and mental concentration along the way.
