Tai Chi Brossard

Any time during the ongoing session. Classes are held Tuesday to Sunday, with timings varying. The classes are currently conducted online via Zoom.

Sifu Julien Valiquette is officially certified as a 4th generation master in the Wu Yi Jie He system of Martial Arts and Chinese Medicine from the renowned Wang Ziping family. With 30 years of experience in Chinese martial arts, Sifu Julien has studied various styles including White Crane Kung Fu, Northern Shaolin, Chaquan Kung Fu, Yang and Chen style Tai Chi, and numerous forms of Qigong. He continues his studies with world-renowned masters Helen Wu and Simon Hu. Sifu Julien has been teaching Kung Fu since 1997, along with Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and massage therapy such as Tui Na and Acupressure.

He also practices “Sound Healing,” a therapy based on ancient shamanic traditions using sound vibration.

Tai Chi Brossard welcomes beginners to join their classes. The program is designed to improve physical and mental well-being through the practice of Tai Chi and Qi Gong.
