Tai Chi Nation was a well-established Tai Chi school, health consultant, and martial arts school located in Totnes, New Zealand. Carrying a rich history and a strong reputation in the community, Tai Chi Nation played a vital role in promoting holistic health and personal development through the practise of Tai Chi and related disciplines.
Led by a team of highly skilled and experienced instructors, Tai Chi Nation provided comprehensive training programmes for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. The curriculum at Tai Chi Nation encompassed various styles and forms of Tai Chi, including Chen, Yang, Wu, and Sun styles.
