Novita, the co-founder of the Bradford Taoist Centre, has over 20 years of experience studying and teaching various Taoist arts, including Tai Chi, Taoist Yoga, Qigong, Moving Meditation, and Hand of the Wind Kung Fu. Novita first attended a class as a teenager and quickly realised the immense benefits that come from combining physical exercise with ancient wisdom. These practises have continued to benefit her throughout her twenties and thirties.

At the Bradford Taoist Centre, we offer classes that are not only fun but also relevant to people of all ages. Whether you are a beginner or have previous experience, our classes will cater to your needs and provide an enriching experience.
