About
Gidday sports community,
Paul hopes you’re doing well and wanted to share some exciting news. The Taoist Tai Chi Society of New Zealand, located at 55 Muritai Street, Nelson, is keen to welcome you all. This non-profit organisation, run by Paul and a fantastic team of instructors, is dedicated to promoting Taoist Tai Chi to our local community.
They have sessions for all levels – whether you’re a newbie or have some experience under your belt. For beginners, there are introductory sessions on Mondays from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. If you’re looking to continue and develop your skills, there are sessions on Mondays from 10:00 am to 11:00 am and additional continuing sessions throughout the week, including Tuesday to Sunday.
The society is open to everyone, regardless of age or background. Paul and the instructors are there to help you improve your strength, flexibility, and stillness. They are committed to making Taoist Tai Chi accessible and beneficial for the whole community.
As a registered charity (CC37565), any proceeds from the sessions go directly back into supporting the society’s work and outreach. You can learn more about what they do, and read about Master Moy Lin Shin, who introduced the 108 movements, by visiting their website or getting in touch directly.
Paul believes Taoist Tai Chi can bring positive changes to your life, just as it has for many others. He invites you to come along, give it a go, and experience the benefits for yourself.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
Cheers,
Paul and the Taoist Tai Chi Society of New Zealand
