In addition to fitness training, we also provide nutrition services at Tasman Performance. Our members have access to Metabolic Analytics, a system designed by world-renowned strength and conditioning coach Charles Poliquin. This system analyses body fat distribution using skinfold testing over 14 different sites on the body. The results are then analysed with a software programme to determine body fat percentage, muscle mass, fat mass, and hormonal profile.
With this information, we can tailor a targeted combination of diet, exercise, supplements, and lifestyle enhancements to help you achieve your body composition goals and optimise your overall physical health.
Metabolic Analytics can address and improve various areas, including body fat reduction, improved sleep, improved insulin function, better blood sugar management, increased lean muscle tissue, improved energy levels, reduced inflammation, and improved digestion and gut function.
