Our flagship 20/10 interval session follows the tabata principles of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. But that's not all – we also offer options for Metabolic Conditioning, Aerobic and Anaerobic Conditioning, as well as Pure Strength sessions.
With a minimum of five different sessions per time-slot, our timetable provides flexibility for participants to choose the training style they enjoy or create a balanced program combining strength and conditioning. We want you to not only achieve your goals, but also enjoy long-term success.
