Our yoga classes are a blend of powerful and dynamic Power Yoga, as well as nurturing and grounding Yin Yoga. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, our experienced teachers will guide you through the practise, offering modifications and adjustments as needed, to ensure a safe and empowering experience.
In addition to yoga, we offer Therapeutic Pilates classes that focus on developing core strength, stability, and mobility. Our highly trained instructors emphasise proper alignment and breath control, allowing participants to build a strong foundation and improve posture. As part of our commitment to holistic health, we also incorporate self-myofascial release techniques (SMFR) into our classes. SMFR helps release tight muscles and fascia, promoting better range of motion and reducing discomfort.
